Overview

Join Our Team as a Campus Admin Assistant/Education Coordinator! 

Are you organized, detail-obsessed, and love checking things off your to-do list?

In this role, you will provide administrative support to Campus President and keep things running smoothly by handling important paperwork, following processes, and making sure everything is done right — one step at a time.

  • Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR paperwork, onboarding, benefits coordination, leave support, performance evaluations, and compliance postings, including OSHA and Workers’ Comp reporting.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist hiring managers with interview coordination, background checks, offer generation, requisition closure, and temporary staffing needs.
  • Employee Transitions: Ensure timely processing of employee exits and distribute exit summaries to managers.
  • Executive & Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Campus President, including scheduling, travel coordination, document preparation, and event planning.
  • Regulatory & Accreditation Support: Handle certification submissions, licensing renewals, program applications, and coordinate campus visits from accrediting bodies.
  • Campus Safety & Student Support: Oversee student accident reporting, act as Campus Security Authority (CSA), and fulfill Clery Act reporting duties.
  • Qualifications

    Education / Experience

  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • 3 - 5 years administrative experience
  • Skills

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Organization Skills
  • Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills; can adapt to a changing fast-paced environment
