Job Summary:
This individual will serve in an advisory role to implement ambulatory capacity related improvement initiatives across the clinical enterprise, as determined by Capacity Management Manager and overseen by the Director.
This role is a key translator of ambulatory clinic access needs into technical and workflow success.
The Analyst collaborates with clinical, IT, and operational management and supervisors to implement access improvement initiatives, while leveraging data to drive project success.
Executes capacity management work to strategic initiatives throughout the enterprise to achieve organizational targets.
Maintains a goal-oriented climate of cross-team collaboration for effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, support for organizational values and standard work.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
3 years experience to include the majority of the following: serve as a technical or operational expert for a group of employees, analyzing data to solve problems, provide guidance to and/or assist staff on non-routine or escalated issues required.
Strong computer and electronic health record knowledge.
Strong understanding of Epic Template Management and Cadence configuration.
Previous experience in physician group practice and ancillary scheduling workflows.
Previous experience in information technology, logistics or business process flow.
Project management experience within an academic medical center environment.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor’s Degree in related healthcare or business area required.
In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered.
Epic Cadence proficiency/certification is preferred.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $28.42 - $48.62.
Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
