**YOUR ROLE**

As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high-impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their **end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities** .

In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

+ Deep expertise in **Operating Model Design** , including the development of target operating models for complex organizations.
+ Demonstrated experience **leading Cost Takeout initiatives** , with a history of delivering measurable cost reductions across business units or functions.
+ Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
+ Experience within the **following capability areas** :

o Operating Model Assessment & Redesign

o Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign

o Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution

o Business Case Development

o Value Realization Management

o Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies

o Stakeholder Engagement

+ Broader experience in in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation leveraging AI
+ Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance
