**YOUR ROLE**

**Scope & Responsibilities**

A Senior Consultant (SC) at Capgemini Invent is highly visible and makes a strong impact on our organization.

You will often serve as the on-site client manager, strengthening and expanding client relationships and leading workstreams and small engagements.

You will be highly involved in practice development, supporting sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement.

In this position, you will be challenged on an assortment of projects providing you depth and breadth of knowledge and experience.

_This role focuses on_ **_supporting analytics and business insights management consulting related work in the Life Sciences Industry_** _, with a particular focus in the_ **_Sales & Marketing functional areas_**

**Project Management and Delivery**

+ Simplify and bring clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured insights, actions, and recommendations - - working with data scientists and others to interpret and help analyze the data to produce meaningful insights to the Business stakeholders
+ Collaborate with teams and clients to define vision, goals, and strategies
+ Apply your consulting and advisory skillset to synthesize content, analyze data, and translate fragmented information into sound insights, recommendations, and deliverables for clients
+ Lead or be a team member on transformation projects
+ Define and help test hypotheses and present business insights and recommendations to clients
+ Contribute to the development and execution of AI Driven CRM strategies that leverage analytics, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies to enhance patient and HCP acquisition, engagement and retention.

Create personalized campaigns and journeys ensuring seamless coordination of messaging across channels.
+ Interact with and drive blended teams of management consultants, junior team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
+ Present insights to colleagues and clients leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially Power BI and / or Tableau

**Business Development**

+ Have a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations
+ Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects

**Building Our Brand**

+ Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.

**People Development**

+ Support the expansion and strengthening of the team through recruiting, training, and community-building
+ Provide mentoring and coaching for junior team members to support continuous professional development

**Skills and Experience**

1.

**_4 or more years of experience at a consulting firm_** , with a focus on analytics and business insights management consulting related work in the **Life Sciences Industry** , with a particular focus in the Sales & Marketing functional areas ( **_e.g., Field Sales, Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Service_** s)

Notable experience with industry-related data sets such as clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (e.g., **IQVIA, Symphony** )
3.

Familiarity with standard programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Scala) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

+ Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
+ Undergraduate or Masters degree
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa
+ Proven track record of core consulting skills, including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management
+ Experience managing workstreams and small teams
+ Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
+ Strong ability to perform exploratory data analysis
+ Mastery in Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Leadership, poise, and ability to interact with executive level clients

+ Support the upskilling of the Life Sciences team members on topics related to Data & Analytics
