EssentialDuties/Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem- solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated knowledge of operating equipment and tools used in building construction, including blueprints and specifications.

Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, often gathering and classifying data.

Ability to read technical information, compose a variety of documents, facilitate group discussions and analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions.

Ability to communicate with diverse groups, and lead, guide and coordinate the work of others, as well as monitor budget expenditures.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify issues and create action plans.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors' degree in appropriate discipline; however, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
The career level of the position will be determined by the years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; after a candidate has been chosen.
PMP Certification preferred
Experience applying pertinent codes, policies, regulations and laws
