Are you the Designer we’re looking for?
Our Designers work on a variety of creative materials with direction from our internal team and external clients in our Creative Department to produce creative materials that suit each unique client audience and help tell the comprehensive brand story.
This position is responsible for:
Creating innovative brands and deliverables that encompass client vision and key design principles.
Working within Adobe Suite products and Google Slides to develop cohesive branding, websites, and associated collateral for a complete design package.
Ensuring timely, detail-oriented design on a variety of high-quality assets across all channels.
We’re looking for someone who has:
A strong understanding of design concepts including typography, layout, color theory, and design trends with the ability to implement from vision to final product.
A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger direction.

They are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to the highest-quality design products.
A fast-paced, client-centric mindset and a positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects.

We’ll train you on:
Implementing our client's vision through research, strategy, and the proper design process.
Conceptual storytelling and creating a brand that connects individuals.
Communicating design ideas and insight to our Account Managers and our clients.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
A knockout design portfolio that demonstrates your unique skills and abilities in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Experience working with Adobe After Effects, a plus.
A proven ability to incorporate strategy into design and to translate strategy into action.
A desire to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result and grow as a Designer.
