Auxiliary Services, State University College at Oswego, Inc., is a 22-million dollar customer-service focused corporation that provides ancillary services to the SUNY Oswego college community.

Our Resident Dining office services all of our faculty and students! We are looking for the next great addition to our team.

Do you work well independently and on a team?

Are you customer-service oriented, have cashier experience, and have exceptional attention to detail?

If your answer is yes, then you could be our next cashier!


Under the supervision of the Building Manager, the cashier, is responsible for greeting guests, handling cash and credit card transactions, general cleaning, and helping in other areas where needed.

A full-time position consists of 40 hours per week.

A part-time position would consist of about 20 to 24 hours a week, with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement, and insurance.

Scheduled hours are consistent and primarily in the evening.


Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent military service and training.

Skills in basic arithmetic.

One year experience as a cashier.

Must take and pass a cash handling assessment.

The ability to work cohesively on a team in a fun but fast-paced environment.
