**Your Impact**

As a Central Team Execution Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll help connect enterprise strategies to execution across our stores and operations.

You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze processes, track performance, and support initiatives that improve consistency and efficiency.

From building reports to supporting new program rollouts, you’ll gain insight into how a FORTUNE® 100 company drives alignment and execution across thousands of locations.

**Summer Internship Program**

Whether you're starting your professional journey or pivoting to a new field, Lowe's offers the resources and opportunities you need to thrive.

Our 10-week summer internship program (May 26th – July 31st) immerses you in real-world retail operations.

You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

This internship is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.

**What You Will Learn**

+ Support execution of enterprise initiatives across multiple business units.
+ Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
+ Assist in creating tools, reports, and dashboards that improve visibility and decision-making.
+ Collaborate with business partners to test and roll out new processes and programs.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to drive consistency across stores.
+ Gain experience in project management and stakeholder communications.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
+ Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**

+ 3.0 cumulative GPA.
+ Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

+ Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
+ Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
+ Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
