Job description

If you have your NABCEP certification and a desire to grow within the clean energy industry, you could be the full-time Certified Solar Power Technician we need at Remove and Replace Solar! Our Denver, CO team is looking for a confident problem solver to service, maintain, and install panels for residential and commercial customers.

Depending on experience, you'll earn $25.00 –$28.00/hour.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR CERTIFIED SOLAR POWER TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

You'll work a standard Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.

YOUR ROLE:

You'll visit residential and commercial customers to install new systems and service existing ones, making sure their electrical equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Communicating with homeowners, roofers, and internal teams, you'll accurately install new panels, diagnose and repair various issues, and perform detachments and resets.

You'll document your work, track the materials you use, and ensure your work complies with all electrical codes and industry standards.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active NABCEP certification
  • 2+ years of hands-on solar panel installation experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to serve the Denver Metro area

WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • Electrical journeyman license
  • 2+ years of detach and reset (D&R) experience
  • Experience working on thermal panels
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of thermal solar technology, electrical circuits, and PV system components
  • Proficiency with tools, meters, and site diagnostics
