Job description


Job Title: Change Management Analyst - Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Fully Remote (EST & CST Time zone)

Job Duration: months contract on W

Shift: AM to PM




Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, OneNote, Publisher, Teams); familiarity with various web-based notification systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Training would be provided but they should know how to maneuver.

Outlook: Managing shared mailboxes, flagging, and assigning tasks, calendar coordination.

Excel: Data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas, and spreadsheet organization.

Word: Document formatting, template creation, and editing.

PowerPoint: Creating and editing presentations.

Teams: Communication, file sharing, and meeting coordination.



Qualifications:

Organizational Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain structured workflows.

Self-Management: Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and task tracking.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal abilities: Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts.

Experience in coordinating with multiple departments or stakeholders.

Email & Task Management: Experience monitoring shared email inboxes.

Ability to identify actionable items and assign tasks appropriately.

Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Filing and document management (digital).



Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.

Familiarity with project management or workflow tools.

Basic understanding of office procedures and business operations.

Communication industry experience would be a plus.
