Job Description Job Description What You will Do: Facilitate and manage the change request process for product design and development projects.
Work with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate and approve change requests.
Create and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
Pull drawings from database and mark up the proposed changes with redlines Utilize technical writing skills to develop the change problem, cause, solution, and substantiation Communicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Ensure all change requests are properly tracked and recorded.
Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.
Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.
Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.
Ensure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are met What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or experience with engineering changes in lieu of education 1-3 years of experience with engineering changes/change requests required Familiarity with drawings and GD&T Experience working in Teamcenter or similar PLM Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.
