Chat Services Administrator Job Opening In Offutt Air Force Base – Now Hiring General Dynamics Information Technology


Job description

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security.

It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.

SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Chat Services Administrator

  • Maintains chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM.

  • Coordinates with external service providers to isolate faults and errors and provide mitigations.

  • Troubleshoots technical issues within the chat.

  • Manages chat settings.

  • Enforces community guidelines.

  • Manages user profiles and access levels.

  • Implements new features or updates.

  • Tracks and reports on chat activity and user engagement metrics.

  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience

  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

  • Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC or CySA+
