**Join Our Culinary Team in Cambridge, MA**

As the **Chef** for a high-profile, high-volume corporate dining account in **Cambridge** **, MA** , you will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects the client's passion for fresh, global cuisine.

You will report directly to the Senior Chef Manager and lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering innovative and seasonal offerings.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in global cuisine, exceptional food safety and sanitation practices, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Monday–Friday schedule, ideal for culinary professionals seeking work-life balance in a corporate dining setting.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :

+ Play a key role in managing rotating 8-week cycle menus, developing new catering offerings twice a year, and executing a robust artisan pizza program.
+ Provides frontline culinary resources and support.
+ Assists with food cost control, menu planning, purchasing, and ensures food quality guidelines are followed.
+ Assists with planning and creating menus.
+ Produces and executes catering events.
+ Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.
+ Assists with managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

+ At least 1 to 3 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, multi-concept setting.
+ Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
+ Hands-on chef experience is required.
+ Extensive catering experience is preferred.
+ High-volume batch cooking and complex food service operations experience is preferred.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
+ ServSafe Certification is preferred.

+ Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel.
+ Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
