Civil Engineer – Land Development


Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Compensation: ~ $150K–$160K + Excellent Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available

A well-established engineering firm in Myrtle Beach is seeking a licensed and experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team.

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects (commercial & residential)
  • Lead multiple active projects at various stages
  • Mentor junior engineers and review their work
  • Interface with clients and support business development
  • Conduct risk, cost, and material assessments
  • Prepare project documentation and progress reports



  • What We’re Looking For:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. license in SC or NC (required)
  • ~ 8–10+ years in civil site design for residential and commercial developments
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading, utilities, stormwater, permitting
  • Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills



  • Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience with ICPR or StormWise
  • Familiarity with development processes in both SC and NC
