Kim Turner – Managing Director:

  • Time with Prudential: 20 years.

  • Prior Experience: Began her career with Lincoln Financial Group on the institutional side, selling plans and working directly with plan participants.

    Joined Prudential as a financial advisor and later held roles including Business Development Manager, Manager Financial Services, Manager Agency Training, and Associate Managing Director.

    Promoted to Managing Director 13 years ago.

  • Passionate About: Kim and her husband are raising three boys who stay active in football and soccer, where the family also volunteers as coaches.

    She enjoys tennis, spending time outdoors, and being on the water at Lake Norman.

James McCarthy – Associate Managing Director:
