Nitty Gritty
Job number one: day-to-day contact with key clients, pulling out all the stops to keep them happy and ensuring that the relationship is long and prosperous for both parties.
Of course that calls for a ton of empathy, close listening to the client’s needs and careful thought given to the solutions you’ll hammer out through intense collaboration with internal research and design teams.
You’ll constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities, new sources of revenue, new ways of expanding and strengthening relationships.
As the work on your accounts goes forth, you’ll fill a project-management role, seeing to scope, budgets and timelines, and making sure that deliverables land on time as envisioned.
And you’ll be fully accountable for their performance (in terms of revenue targets and client feedback).
Taken all together, we’re talking about real ownership of these accounts.

For more than five years, you’ve excelled at digital agency work, particularly in digital marketing.
You have some exposure to UX/UI, whether or not you can claim expertise in those topics, and you’ve worked on financial services and pharmaceutical accounts.
