- inherited new implementations team, tech leads, tech sales/help
- Looking to add a client implementations Enterprise Architect, partner with solutions arch to make sure clients' needs are implemented
- Strategic role - starts with partnership with sales and account management team - that team goes out to try to get new clients and this ea needs to join these make sure the sales and ams have the technical backing,
High-Level Individual Duties:
- Being able to understand products they can sell to client, will be on the road sometimes, will probably have to demo certain solutions to the client
- RFPs - if a client has an RFP this person needs to make sure they are providing the technical strategies and solutions the client is looking for
- Once clients sign on this person will define technical scope of implementations, what will be needed to support this client, creating a high level plan and strategies, partner with solutions architect to plan in detail what they are going to implement
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Should have a technical background, knowledge of APIs and integrations
- General Cloud knowledge (AWS or GCP) - understanding cloud solutions
- Healthcare APIs and overall healthcare standards if they don't have a PBM background
- Integration focused - conversations will be very integration focused
- Presentation skills, communication skills, able to talk through and collaborate on architecture
- Experience writing RFP proposals
- Previous enterprise architecture experience
