**Role description**
**The opportunity**
At Unity Technologies, we’re on a mission to empower creators to bring their visions to life and transform interactive experiences across industries.
As a Client Partner, you will connect our diverse User Acquisition platform with leading mobile game and app developers in an ecosystem that reaches over 500 million daily active users and delivers more than 1.5 billion ad views per day.
In this role, you will use data-driven insights and thoughtful account strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue, working closely with key partners to enhance performance.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Be the main point of contact for our advertising partners, helping them to grow their User Acquisition investment on Unity, ironSource, and Tapjoy networks.
+ Own a quarterly revenue quota associated with your personal book of business.
+ Lead and maximize business opportunities to achieve revenue targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships
+ Work closely with our Performance Management team to ensure issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
+ Think critically about how to best use data for driving business/product decisions.
+ Develop product and market expertise in order to best advise clients regarding User Acquisition strategy, and help champion these insights internally with other teams.
**What we're looking for**
+ Sales Instinct: Identify, pitch, and execute on incremental growth opportunities through strong upselling instinct and ability.
Comfortable using data and benchmarks to identify client-specific opportunities, communicate them confidently and clearly to the client, and follow-through to execute on them after the pitch.
History of owning a revenue
+ Analytical Edge: Use the wealth of data at your disposal to build a clear and concise narrative around account increases, drops, and opportunities.
Translate this analysis into QBRs that further our objectives while also building trust with clients.
+ Internal Collaboration: History of working with multiple internal teams cross-functionally across different organizations.
In this role, you’ll work with Performance Management, Data, Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams to gather the necessary information and adjust it according to business needs.
+ Multitasking: Experience being the owner for multiple simultaneous business opportunities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly, while maintaining strong organization and time management.
+ Adaptability: Capable and excited to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with many new product releases and updates to learn and discuss with our partners.
+ 4+ years of experience, preferably in the mobile marketing industry and/or with a sales & partnerships background
