Are you a print production expert with a knack for client service leadership?

Forrest Solutions is seeking a Client Relations Manager (CRM) to lead a team in delivering world-class outsourced office services, with a primary focus on print production excellence and mailroom support.

Location: Nashville,

Pay rate: $28-30p/h

Shift :8:30 -5:30pm

Monday through Friday

This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role where you’ll drive service quality, manage operations, and build trusted client relationships—all within a prestigious law firm environment.

This is a 14 -18 month job opportunity, that will allow you to grow, expand your knowledge and make a great contribution with an option to move within the Forrest Solutions organization as we grow within the Nashville area.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the face of service excellence—build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and service satisfaction
  • Collect client feedback and lead strategic account reviews
  • Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, with a heavy focus on law firm print production (Velo, GBC binding, litigation support print jobs, etc.)
  • Ensure workflows are current and teams are fully trained
  • Maintain shift coverage and site readiness for client tours
  • Improve efficiency through process optimization and use of KPIs
  • People Leadership

  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing service team
  • Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and performance development
  • Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-first service
  • What You Bring

  • Strong background in print production, ideally in a legal or professional services environment, not a must.
  • Working knowledge of binding methods (Velo, GBC), printing software, and finishing techniques
  • Experience managing or supporting mailroom services a plus
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a client service environment
  • Experience in law firms or other high-touch, professional settings highly preferred
  • Confident communicator and proactive problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Law Firm Experience is a plus but not a must
