Client Success Manager Job Opening In Brookfield – Now Hiring The QTI Group

Summary
The QTI Group is partnering with a dynamic Milwaukee-area IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to find their next Client Success Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with prior experience in the MSP industry to join a local, client-focused team.

The Client Success Manager will play an integral role in delivering exceptional service, driving client satisfaction, and helping businesses thrive through strategic IT support.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and understands the unique dynamics of the MSP environment.

As the Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to contact for a portfolio of clients.

You’ll ensure they receive consistent, high-quality service and help them align their IT strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding technology service offerings and issue resolution
  • Coordinate internal resources (Systems Engineers) to deliver consistent, high-quality service across departments
  • Maintain and manage client service agreements, identifying opportunities for account growth and expanded service offerings
  • Lead, schedule, and facilitate Service Delivery Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain IT roadmaps, highlighting upcoming projects and maintenance

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in the IT industry, ideally within an MSP setting
  • Proven success in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience developing and delivering formal client business reviews and roadmaps
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and clarity
