Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in West Henrietta, NY.

Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Individuals will work mostly independently.
  • Return mail is delivered daily, and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages for mailing.
  • May need to call Clients to validate the business address.
  • Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure the client's policies and procedures maintain and resolve good customer relations.
  • Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.
  • Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of their tasks.
  • Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
  • Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
  • Here's what you'll get:

    Pay: $16/hr.

    Hours: 40 hours/week.
