ClinDoc EPIC Applications Analyst Team Lead, UHS Phelps HallUnited Health Services is seeking a ClinDoc EPIC Applications Analyst Team Lead to join our Epic Inpatient Applications department at UHS Phelps Hall in Binghamton, NY.

This position is benefits eligible.

Overview

The Application Analyst III Team Lead is a senior application analyst supporting one or more applications or systems and serves as a subject matter expert on the workflows, content and functionality of the applications assigned to them for support, and oversees the application team with the support of the application leader.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • High School Diploma and four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role.
  • Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support.
  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred.
  • Epic experience.

  • License/Certification

    Minimum Required:

  • For Epic roles: Current Epic certification.
  • Preferred:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification.
