Key Responsibilities
OCI Cloud Architecture:
Architect, design, and implement resilient cloud solutions on OCI, emphasizing networking, storage, and system administration to meet complex customer requirements IaaS/PaaS Solution Deployment:
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize services like ATP, OIC, VBCS, and OCI Load Balancers for high-performance enterprise environments. Network & Security Design:
Develop and optimize network architectures involving VCNs, subnets, gateways, and security configurations to ensure reliability and compliance. System Administration:
Manage and optimize operating systems, middleware, and databases in OCI environments to ensure high availability and peak performance. Automation & Monitoring:
Leverage automation (IaC tools such as Ansible/Terraform) and Oracle Cloud management platforms to enhance deployment efficiency and system observability. HA/DR Solutions:
Design and deliver high availability and disaster recovery solutions tailored to customer needs for continuous business operations. Technical Leadership:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a primary technical contact for both customers and internal stakeholders. Customer Engagement:
Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear manner to executives and technical users, and serve as an escalation point during critical scenarios.

Required Skills
IaaS and PaaS Services:
Expertise in OCI compute, storage, network (VCN, subnets, gateways), ATP, OIC, and VBCS.
Skilled in deploying, configuring, and managing these services for enterprise solutions. Security & Compliance:
Strong knowledge of OCI security best practices, IAM, encryption, and compliance requirements.
Experience implementing end-to-end security and regulatory compliance for cloud and hybrid environments. Automation, Monitoring & IaC:
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and Oracle Cloud management tools.
Skilled in automating deployments and building monitoring dashboards and alerts. High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR):
Designs and implements robust HA/DR strategies for both IaaS and PaaS, ensuring business continuity.
Experienced in failover, backup, and recovery architecture. Programming & Scripting:
Proficient in automation and scripting with Shell, Python, Ansible, and basic Java/SQL for integration and troubleshooting. Customer Engagement & Leadership:
Effective communicator with strong consulting and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer escalations. GenAI (Generative AI) Advantage:
Experience or familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI solutions in cloud enterprise settings is a strong plus.
Can support or advise on GenAI-driven projects. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience architecting large-scale enterprise cloud solutions, including both OCI IaaS and PaaS.
- Proven expertise in Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, WMS, HCM), Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Databases.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools (Terraform, Ansible, Shell, Python).
- Demonstrated experience with GenAI or AI/ML is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
