Job Description
Are you passionate about solving complex data challenges using cutting-edge AWS cloud technologies?
Do you love working with technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you contribute to innovative solutions?
If so, we want you to join our team as a Cloud Data Engineer!
As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, secure, and highly available data architectures on the AWS cloud platform.
You will have experience and passion working with AWS data services, such as S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift or similar tools.
You will work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and developers to ensure that our data is reliable, accessible, and secure.
You are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Our Data Engineers work in a highly collaborative team environment, engage in daily standups, operate within Agile development practices, and participate in a GitOps development model in that everything is code.
- Experience working with data warehouse platforms.
- Experience in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Java or C#.
- Experience working with large and complex data sets with multi-terabyte scale is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile and GitOps methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients and groups of employees in order to build and maintain positive relationships.
