Van-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with PolyWorks expertise to join our Quality Assurance team in St. Joseph, MO.

Create, edit, and maintain CMM programs in PolyWorks.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) to AS9102 requirements.
Apply GD&T and blueprint interpretation to ensure part compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Maintain CMM calibration and manage the program library.
2+ years of CMM programming experience (PolyWorks preferred).
Strong metrology and GD&T knowledge.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
