Minimum Requirements:
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Ability to use inspection/measurement devices
+ Ability to demonstrate basic machining skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Independently Set-up and Operate CNC and Manual Machines
+ Edit programming as necessary
+ Maintain Fixturing and Tooling
+ Inspect Own Work (first piece) and document inspection
+ Abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
+ Produce Quality Products within given Specifications
+ Training of other operators
+ Produce parts at an acceptable rate
+ Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.)
+ Daily preventive maintenance
+ Continuous improvement
+ 6S
+ Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors
+ Excellent Attendance
+ Quality and Safety Conscious
+ Ability to work any shift
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. Person
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.
Computer Skills:
Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.
