We are currently partnered with several long-standing and growing manufacturers in the Chicagoland suburbs that are actively hiring CNC Machinists.

Below are details on the open positions:


Opportunity 1: CNC Machinist – Contract-to-Hire (Itasca, IL)


Shift & Pay:

  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (regular overtime to ~5:00 PM).


  • $25–$30/hr (higher for 10+ years’ experience).


  • 20+ hours/week overtime available.

  • Highlights:

  • 100+ year old company with explosive growth in data center builds (Meta, Google).


  • Expansion underway — new facility across the street.


  • High-mix, low-volume environment, machining custom parts daily.

  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years CNC machining (mills and/or lathes).


  • Experience with Mazak machines preferred (V550, V515, ATC40, SQT18).


  • Ability to set up, operate, and edit G-code.


  • Comfortable reading blueprints and engineering drawings.

  • Opportunity 2: CNC Machinist – 1st & 2nd Shift (Harwood Heights, IL)


    Shift & Pay:

  • 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


  • 2nd shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (+$1/hr premium).


  • $24–$30/hr, ~45–50 hrs/week.

  • Highlights:
