Position Summary:
AS9100 certified company seeking a CNC Machinist produces precisely engineered parts and tools by using computer numerically controlled equipment.
They use computer software programs and blueprints to create operation instructions for CNC machinery.
The Machinist is responsible for making parts that fully meet all required specifications.
This includes setting up equipment, operating the CNC Machine and inspecting finished parts.
Reports to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
Essential Functions:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in front of a machine.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
