**Immediately hiring several CNC Machinist in Moorestown, NJ**

**We're seeking a CNC Machinist for a premier automation components manufacturing company in the Moorestown, NJ area**

**This is a Contract to Hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience 2-4 years of CNC milling / CNC Lathe experience with a focus on setup, operations and program editing.

**Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week**

**2:00PM - 10:15PM@ Monday-Friday (Afternoon) No Weekends!**

**Pay $22-$28 depending on experience**

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our expanding team in a large manufacturing facility.

This is a contract-to-hire position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime.

The role involves working in a technologically advanced environment, specializing in HAAS milling or similar machinery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate, set up, and monitor a variety of CNC machines.
+ Load materials into machines accurately.
+ Perform daily maintenance and report any major maintenance needs.
+ Read and interpret layouts, job packets, and blueprints.
+ Provide accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage.
+ Inspect parts using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges.
+ Perform side operations like deburring during machine cycles.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
+ Follow instructions from cell leaders and offer assistance when needed.
+ Execute other duties as assigned.

**Skills**

+ At least 5 years of CNC setup experience, preferably with HAAS milling machines.
+ Ability to perform operations with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
+ Understanding of safety protocols to prevent accidents.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

**Work Environment**

This position operates on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 10:15 PM, with potential for overtime.

Training will be conducted on the 2nd shift.

The work environment is a machine shop setting which can be noisy at times.

Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and t-shirts.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, New Jersey.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
