As a CNC Machinist team member at Oberg Industries, you will work on unique, high-precision components for the space exploration, medical device sectors, defense, and other dynamic industries where quality and craftsmanship truly matter.

We are actively seeking qualified candidates in the Houston, TX area who are open to relocating.
Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
️ What You’ll Do: Set-up and operate state of the art CNC machines (mills, lathes, EDM, grinders).
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Perform first piece and in-process inspection using hand tools and feedback from coordinate measuring machines.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on machines.
Collaborate with an experienced, tight-knit team to launch new products into production.
Solve real-time shop floor challenges.
✅ What We’re Looking For: 5 years of CNC machining experience on 4 or 5-axis machines.
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
Proficient in developing new processes with tight tolerance and complex geometries.
Comfortable working with GD&T and working independently.
