CNC Mill Setup Operator

Job description

An industry leader in metal manufacturing is currently seeking a CNC Mill operator to add to its Die Room team.

This CNC Mill operator position requires reading and performing setups in accordance with setup sheets.

Paid weekly!Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $23 - $30/hr., depending on qualificationsHours: 6 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - FridayBenefits of the CNC Mill Operator:

Duties of the CNC Mill Operator:

Load and position material in machine

Setup mill to make fixtures

Setup and run production (when needed)

Understand program & required tools needed

Make offsets and depth adjustments 

Inspect parts as required

Debur parts 

Read and understand blueprints

Build, setup and qualify fixtures

Follow QMS procedures and safety protocols

Requirements of the CNC Mill Operator:

2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Certificate in a related field is preferred

Read and understand blueprints
