Job Description:

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist to join our 1st shift team.

In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce precision components critical to space exploration.





Essential Functions:

+ Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality aerospace components.



+ Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.



+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.



+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.



+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.



+ Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize production processes.



+ Follow safety protocols and company procedures.





Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.



+ 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines.



+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.



+ Familiarity with G-code programming and machine setup.





Preferred Additional Skills:

+ Experience with aerospace-grade materials such as Inconel and aluminum.



+ Knowledge of precision machining techniques.



+ Familiarity with inspection equipment such as calipers, gages etc

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.



+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.


In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
