Job description

CNC Programmer/Operator 

Location: Valley City, Ohio
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Overtime as needed)
Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screen

We’re looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and is ready to make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program and operate CNC Mills using MasterCAM
  • Load/unload materials and accurately indicate vices and fixtures
  • Set up tools, vices, clamps, and fixtures for efficient machining
  • Inspect and verify parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and specifications
  • Provide valuable input on:
    • CNC programming strategies
    • Tool paths and cutter selection
  • Operate machines to produce complex, high-tolerance components
  • Follow all safety protocols and company work practices

 

 


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe/Mill machining experience
  • Strong background in programming and editing CNC programs
  • Experience with tool setup and fixture alignment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication and a team-oriented mindset
  • Capable of prototyping and machining custom parts
