The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Swiss machines to produce high-precision parts.

Prepare and set up CNC Swiss machines based on job specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Operate all common machine shop equipment and hand tools skillfully.
Interpret CNC programs, adjust settings, and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise to maintain efficient production.
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet exact tolerances and quality standards.
Knowledge of decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions
Maintain accurate production records, including machine adjustments, material usage, and part quality data.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, including lubrication and part replacement, to ensure machines remain in optimal condition.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Working hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating CNC Swiss-type lathes in a manufacturing environment.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong technical background and high attention to detail.
