Support the Drinking Water Business Unit’s Commercial Operations by assisting with analytics, data processing, and strategic insights under mentorship.

This internship bridges key functions: sales, product, operation - to inform commercial decisions and enhance performance tracking.

**Key Focus Areas**

+ Aggregate and clean commercial operations data from sources (ERP, CRM, POS, specs, region-level reports).
+ Assist in maintaining data integrity through structured governance.
+ Build and update KPI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track commercial health, trends, and forecasting.
+ Support trend analysis of market size, order drivers (price, commission, rebate), CRM funnel, and margin dynamics.
+ Prepare data-driven recommendations to optimize region/product strategy.
+ Aid in creating market growth and commercial forecast models.
+ Assist with product rationalization and contribute to SIOP planning analysis.
+ Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align data needs and drive actionable strategies.

**Qualifications**

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint; ideally exposure to Tableau or Power BI.
+ Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
+ Analytically curious; strong written and verbal communication.
+ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
+ Enthusiastic, proactive learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
