Job Title: Commissioning EngineerJob Description
The Commissioning Engineer provides engineering and technical on-site support to projects, ensuring safety and adherence to budget constraints.
This role involves writing reports, conducting audits, troubleshooting, performing tests, and tracking progress throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
+ Request, collect, and catalog submittals from trade partners.
+ Brand and assemble collected materials for project manuals and reports.
+ Integrate with other Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates.
+ Review, develop, and coordinate systems readiness and pre-functional and functional performance test drafts.
+ Conduct field observations for verification of construction status.
+ Coordinate and participate in videography efforts associated with owner training.
+ Lead and mentor Facility Solution Associate I and II.
+ Implement activities related to Operational Project Readiness (OPR) concerning MEPF technical assessment, coordination, and implementation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
+ 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
+ CxP or CxA Certification.
+ Basic written and verbal communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
+ Ability to perform tasks with minimal oversight.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This position involves heavy physical work, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
The job requires frequent movement around the job site, and tasks such as kneeling, sitting, crouching, reaching, and typing.
The role involves operating computers, tablets, and other office machinery, and requires frequent communication with employees and external stakeholders.
The work environment includes exposure to high and low temperatures, noisy surroundings, and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
Additionally, the position requires visual acuity and the ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Kuna, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
