Job Title: Community Marketing Project Manager Location: Remote
Duration: 1 year
Pay Range: $25-$28/hr
About the Position The Community Marketing Project Manager aids in the implementation and execution of Community Marketing programs, focusing on Spanish-language initiatives that engage, excite, or educate Partners, Affiliates, Developers, and the broader community.
The primary responsibility is to track Community Marketing’s performance across KPIs and drive cross-functional programs across multiple business units.

The role emphasizes tracking, maintaining, and improving communication to support Spanish-language initiatives and foster innovation in Twitch’s community relationships.
The Community Marketing Project Manager works within the Community Marketing team and collaborates with Twitch Marketing, Sales, Events, Partnerships, and Product teams.
Responsibilities Assist with programs targeting Spanish-speaking communities, including Ambassador Program, Meetups, Guilds, and Creator Camp.
Develop marketing campaigns for holidays, events, and specialized programming.
Understand Community Marketing and broader Marketing objectives, and formulate strategies to maximize KPIs.
Establish reporting routines and monitor projects against goals and KPIs.
Manage workflow among team members during project lifecycles.
Coordinate communication and set expectations across Twitch business units.
Ensure team participation, gather feedback, and meet standards to achieve program goals.
Contribute to developing new Community Marketing programs that engage or educate specific Twitch user segments.
Qualifications Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal), with ability to translate nuanced conversations.
4+ years in account management, program management, operations, business development, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Experience tracking project deliverables and analyzing KPIs.
Deep knowledge of game developers, Twitch streamers, and the gaming industry.
Understanding of the Twitch platform from viewer and broadcaster perspectives.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
Ability to create and maintain detailed roadmaps, communicate changes, and synthesize stakeholder feedback.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills without formal authority.
Bonus Points Existing relationships with creators, developers, or community members.
Deep knowledge of Twitch as a user and streamer.
Experience with Airtable, Asana, Mode, Salesforce.
