POSITION SUMMARY 
Responsible for the management, administration, creation and development of all compensation programs for the Bank and facilitating the coordination of all compensation programs to support and align with business objectives and  role ensures alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
The position serves as a key advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on compensation-related matters that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement across the organization.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in business, accounting or human resources preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS
World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred.
 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, training seminars, etc.
