Job Overview:  

  

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the visual and functional integrity of the Valencia Master Community Association through the enforcement of CC&Rs, community guidelines, and architectural standards.

This includes driving and walking the community to identify potential violations, issuing and processing notices, maintaining records, and working collaboratively with homeowners, management, and the Board to ensure consistent, fair, and effective enforcement.

  

Compensation: $22-24hr (commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities) 

 

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range.

The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities.

For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
