Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experience writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications
- Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
- Understanding of Workplace Investing product offerings and how the products are serviced
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Apply excellent business and technical writing skills, while managing or supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for diverse set of content consumers
- Perform content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides/standards
- Collaborate with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
- Balance both pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to satisfy tight delivery timeframes
- Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business process
