Computer Support Specialist Job Opening In New York – Now Hiring Cynet Systems

Job Description:

Pay Range: $20hr - $24hr
  • The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users, monitor and resolve support tickets, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.

  • This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to support end-users effectively.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or in person.

  • Actively monitor and work on tickets submitted in the JIRA ticketing system.

  • Install, set up, and configure new hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

  • Document technical problems, resolutions, and user guides for future reference.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills for problem-solving.
