Computer Support Specialist Job Opening In Sioux Falls – Now Hiring TEKsystems


Job description

We are supporting our client in identifying an IT Support Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 reimaging initiative and ongoing IT support across multiple locations.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in reimaging and replacing computers as part of the Windows 11 rollout.

They will work within a Microsoft-based environment and should have hands-on experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, enterprise-level project.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Reimage and replace end-user devices as part of the Windows 11 migration.

+ Provide technical support across a Microsoft tech stack (SCCM, AD, O365).

+ Deploy software and updates using SCCM.

+ Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.

+ Support Office 365 applications and troubleshoot user issues.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions.

Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of IT support experience.

+ Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365.

+ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
