Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Computer System Analyst to support Public Sector Solutions.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Experience overseeing multiple development/deployment efforts at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience creating design/architecture artifacts and briefing them to leadership.
  • Experience overseeing, tracking, and reporting Agile/Scrum activities and deliverables from planning through deployment and support.
  • Experience with Git or Jira tracking processes.
  • Reviewing, Validating, and Reporting of Application Upgrades and Implementation Identification of new functionality and/or hardware requirements.
  • Ability to create and direct execution of test plans and schedules.
  • Ability to create and review both internal and user-facing documentation.
  • Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.
  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.

    Required Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in a Computer Science or Math related field and six (6) years experience with software development.

    An Associate’s Degree with ten (10) additional years; or a Bachelor’s Degree with eight (8) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree.

    Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CASP, CISSP, CAP)

    Our Computer System Analyst III (CSA3) (Government) earns between $98,100 - $183,700 yearly.

    Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
