Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Configuration Management, Analyst to support a Federal Government client in Charleston, SC.
The Configuration Management, Analyst should have an understanding of configuration management principles, change control processes, and lifecycle documentation to ensure the integrity and consistency of system configurations across development and operational environments.
This position currently requires a 100% onsite schedule.
Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide support for the development, testing, and implementation of software applications.
Support the release and deployment process by ensuring software versions and documentation are properly tracked and approved.
Review software builds and deployments to verify alignment with configuration baselines and version control standards.
Guide users through the software development lifecycle process using CM tools
Participate in the implementation, and maintenance of configuration management plans, processes, and procedures.
Participate in audit activities to verify compliance with configuration management policies and standards.

Required Qualifications
Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking/service-management tools (coursework, internships, or personal projects).
Basic understanding of Agile concepts (Scrum or Kanban).
Education
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
Clearance
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

For this position, the projected compensation range is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
