KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop and manage a sophisticated documentation tracking system to support all ERB/CCB change packages and associated procurement, test planning, cyber documentation, and MOAs
- Create and implement lifecycle CM program plans to integrate CM requirements into system acquisition strategies, sustainment plans, engineering plans, and contract requirements
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with procurement and technical staff, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork
- Collect, analyze, and prepare critical data for program reviews, configuration audits, management meetings, and design/status reviews
- Manage and maintain the enclave configuration baseline, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and audited
- Conduct configuration audits and provide quality assurance to maintain product baseline integrity.
- Maintain and oversee a comprehensive documentation repository
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline and 9 or more years of relevant experience
- Active DoD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
- 3 or more years of experience in configuration management within an IT environment
- Proven expertise in release management and change control processes
- Proficient in change management methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Certifications in Change/Configuration Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CICM)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in using and administering SharePoint
- Familiarity with drawing standards and tools
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
