Urgent! Construction Coordinator Intern - AZCO (Field Opportunities) Job Opening In Appleton – Now Hiring AZCO
**Description**
Summary: The Construction Intern will support the Construction Coordinators and Project Management team to execute construction management and program management ventures for a specific project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Adhere to the company's safety programs and policies and assist others with compliance.
* Assist in the planning and coordinating of on-site functions including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling, engineering, material control, procurement, safety and provide day to day support to project foremen and superintendents.
* Maintain all records including jobsite master schedule, document control log, change order log, time keeping, and field project files.
* Initiate the purchase order process and rent and manage equipment procurement.
Assist coordinators to ensure adequate inventory for project.
* Assist the Project team in building relationships with client, craft, and other subcontractors.
* Assist the Project team with craft training and jobsite activities as needed.
* Complies with all policies and standards.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree.
Other Qualifications:
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Construction background preferred.
* Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
* Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
* Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
* Must be available to travel to an undetermined project location for the duration of internship.
