Meet the Team

As a Consulting Engineer within the organization, you'll collaborate with your team to gain experience in real-world customer environments, making a tangible impact.

Your role involves designing and delivering technology solutions to help Cisco customers achieve their business goals.

You can specialize in one of five architectural teams: Data Center, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, or Enterprise Networking.

As a Consulting Engineer, you'll gain practical experience with groundbreaking technologies and learn through active projects.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College), or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

    Relevant fields include: in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Knowledge of IT systems, networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, network devices and applications, and the OSI model.

  • Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation.

  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness and general understanding of how consumer applications work over the internet (e.g., Browser, Voice/Video calls, Social Networks, Streaming etc.).

  • Comfortable with Data Analysis, crafting visualizations such as graphs and heatmaps.
