Job Description

As a Content Creation - Senior Consultant in Wavestone's Business Consulting practice you will lead and manage client engagements that include driving content strategy, storytelling, and communication to support innovative emerging technologies and customer engagement .

You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic content and editorial pieces, while embedding change management principles to foster the adoption of new technologies and processes.

This role requires strong expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and innovative storytelling, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners.

As a Content Creation - Sr. Consultant, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to our clients while leading a variety of business-related engagements.

You will have the opportunity to be a hands-on leader, gathering and analyzing data, exploring innovative solutions, making actionable recommendations, and communicating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create content management and communication strategies for emerging technologies.
  
  Own and lead innovation content management strategy and create technical requirements for assigned projects that align to the emerging technology initiative and mission.
  
  
• Write and communicate compelling content to promote the work being done with emerging technologies and its performance for executive leadership as well as cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Use storytelling and content creation to enable change management and business transformation, promoting new and emerging tech acceptance.
  
  
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and in budget.
  
  
• Lead, facilitate, and participate in client project meetings while providing a unique point of view from perspective of marketing and innovation.
  
  
• Participate in proposal development and delivery to client organizations.
  
  
• Apply expertise by monitoring and identifying project issues, mitigating risk, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of work.
  
  
• Confidently manage project teams, deliver structure where there is ambiguity, resolve stakeholder resistance and risks, and implement the desired outcomes.
  
  
• Work closely with diverse teams to deliver results and foster an environment to recognize and reward individual and team achievements.
  
  
• Present findings both internally at Wavestone and externally to clients, including data acquisition and insights.
  
  
• Collaborate with an internal network of skilled consultants to solve client problems and deliver high impact projects.
  
  
• Continually evolve and build a knowledge base within the areas of brand and digital marketing.
  
  
• Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients to identify collaborative efforts and develop new business engagement opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a variety of disciplines to include Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields.
  
  

Required Experience

• 3 or more years’ deep experience in content management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, ideally working with emerging marketing technologies, with a strong understanding of human-centered design, behavioral science, and agile methodologies.
  
  
• Project management experience leading projects and managing project teams.
  
  
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  
  Expertise in multiple project management tools.
  
  
• Passion for identifying problems and the desire to collaborate with clients in designing and implementing simple solutions in complex and unclear situations.
  
  
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
  
  
• Demonstrated strategic big picture thinking paired with the ability to pivot and deep dive into the details as required.
  
  
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products including the ability to develop compelling communication of complex concepts using PowerPoint.
  
  
• Confidence and presence to engage directly with clients at the senior leadership level.
  
  
• Strong written and oral communications skills including the ability to communicate concisely and clearly with both line and senior management level clients.
  
  
• Ability to travel based on client requirements.
