Now, we’re looking for a Content Creator who thrives both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. You’ll be the face of NoGood (and our client brands), producing high-impact content that entertains, informs, and inspires audiences across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

As a Content Creator at NoGood, you’ll bring brand stories to life through engaging and authentic content.

You’ll manage the full production cycle — from concept to post-production — and experiment with different formats to drive measurable growth.

Content Creation & Production

• Develop, star in, and produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
• Manage the entire production process including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and publishing.
• Create a mix of short, trend-driven content (15–60 seconds) and long-form, deep-dive explainers (10–20 minutes).
• Simplify complex industry topics into compelling, accessible stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with our strategy and social media teams to align content with brand goals and monthly calendars.
• Analyze audience engagement and performance metrics to continuously optimize content.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms, new features, and emerging trends to ensure our content stays ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate on campaign-specific content that ties into larger marketing initiatives.

Brand Storytelling

• Act as an authentic ambassador for NoGood and client brands.
• Build loyalty by developing recurring content series and recognizable formats.
• Adapt messaging and storytelling for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a creator who’s as comfortable on camera as they are in the editing suite.

The ideal candidate is versatile, creative, and obsessed with internet culture.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of content creation experience with a strong portfolio featuring both short-form and long-form video content.
• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Technical expertise in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Photoshop required; After Effects and Illustrator preferred).
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Creative & Strategic Abilities

• Strong on-camera presence with natural storytelling skills.
• Deep knowledge of content performance strategies including hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Experience creating content for both personal brands and businesses.
• Ability to transform complex ideas into content that’s engaging and easy to understand.

Industry Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of platform-specific content strategies and best practices.
• Experience creating marketing, tech, or culture-related content is highly valued.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and retention strategies.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with documentary-style filming and interviews.
• Collaborating with creators or influencers.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation.
• Experience with live streaming or real-time content creation.
