The work is challenging – but it matters.

You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.

What's in it for you?

Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

******** You must be able to work in one of the following SAP offices **: Bellevue, WA / Newtown Square, PA / New York City** or **Canada**

**Relocation is NOT provided**

**** **You m** **ust be experienced with Content Supply Chain (CSC)**

We are seeking a highly-skilled Content Process Optimization Manager to join the Content Experiences organization in Global Marketing and lead the ongoing optimization, automation, and enhancement of our content workflows.

As SAP transforms its Content Supply Chain over multiple years, this role ensures the processes, tools, and user experiences continue to evolve, scale, and deliver value.

While initial processes will be largely designed by domain and functional leads in the initial stages of our transformation, this person will be responsible for owning their refinement, adoption, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs.

The role sits within the content team, but works closely with engineering, IT, and stakeholders across marketing to ensure workflows are seamless, user-friendly, and continuously improving.

**What you'll do**

+ Own end-to-end evaluation and optimization of content workflows, ensuring processes stay efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
+ Monitor and analyze how existing processes and tools perform; collect feedback from users and stakeholders to identify friction points or bottlenecks.
+ Propose and lead enhancements, retooling, or automation (in partnership with IT/engineering) to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase speed.
+ Translate process input into tool requirements; ensure tool features support optimal user experiences and embed process logic (not just tool mechanics).
+ Maintain and update process documentation and standards, ensuring they reflect best practices and the latest improvements.
+ Develop enablement materials (guides, playbooks, tutorials) that make updated workflows accessible and usable for content teams.
+ Lead training sessions and adoption efforts to help teams internalize new or improved workflows.
+ Serve as liaison with IT (e.g. CPIT) to manage process documentation in platforms like LeanIX, Signavio, or similar systems.
+ Ensure processes and tools remain coordinated across functional silos (content, marketing ops, creative, localization, etc.).
+ Conduct periodic reviews and audits of process health (compliance, usage, efficiency) and recommend further refinements.

**What you bring**

+ 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or process engineering—ideally in a marketing, content, or digital environment.
+ Must be experienced with **Content Supply Chain (CSC)**
+ Strong fluency with workflow and process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio, LeanIX, Visio, or similar).
+ Experience with automation or low-code/no-code tooling to streamline tasks (or ability to partner with engineering)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication; able to make process maps and enablement guides clear and consumable.
